Founder + CEO
A trailblazing digital marketing entrepreneur, Kayla has two decades, and counting, of digital marketing experience. Throughout her career, she’s developed long-lasting client relationships—a testament to her commitment to cultivating real connections and her passion for sharing new technologies and innovations. Kayla sits on the Ad Club Colorado board, is involved in EO, CTLF, and is often featured on Inc.com.

Paid Social

This role is critical to the growth of the paid media service line for the agency and responsible for proactive collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders. This is a client-facing role responsible for the strategy and management of robust paid social media campaigns across B2C (ecommerce) and B2B accounts. You will plan, create, execute, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field experience.

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns along with a solid understanding of paid, earned and owned media.

  • Prior agency experience is preferred.

  • Expert proficiency in Meta Business Manager with relevant certifications a plus.

  • Proficiency and experience managing additional social media platforms including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving plus qualitative + quantitative analytical skills and aptitude.

  • Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings and commands audience attention.

  • Consistently demonstrates positive attitude and upholds Revel’s values.

  • Excellent Excel skills.

  • Strong software skills including in-depth knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, GDocs, etc) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc).


Account Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year(s) of digital marketing experience, either in-house or working for another agency. This role will be responsible for supporting the Account Strategists and Channel Specialists with the execution and ongoing management of digital marketing and advertising campaigns to meet our clients’ objectives across multiple platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Criteo, Klaviyo, affiliate marketing via platforms like Impact or Rakuten, etc.) and verticals (ecommerce and B2B). While comprehensive knowledge in all these areas isn’t mandatory upon hiring, a strong eagerness to learn and master each is crucial. As an Account Coordinator, you will support the planning, creation, execution, optimization, and reporting of various digital marketing campaigns.

Digital Intern

The Digital Marketing Intern supports a dedicated team in carrying out Revel’s digital marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be a current student or recent graduate with a passion for digital marketing, demonstrated through relevant coursework, personal projects, previous internships or campus activities. This internship role will provide hands-on experience supporting our Account Coordinators and Channel Specialists in managing digital marketing campaigns across popular platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok). While prior professional experience is not required, familiarity with digital media platforms and basic marketing concepts is valued. The intern will learn how to assist with campaign monitoring, basic reporting, content scheduling, and research tasks while developing practical skills in digital advertising. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning new marketing tools and strategies are essential. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in digital marketing while working alongside experienced professionals.

  • Experience or know how with any of the following is a plus:

    • Affiliate or Email Solutions Provider (i.e. Klaviyo)

    • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization; hands-on SEO experience

    • Google Ads, Google Analytics or Meta certifications, or other applicable digital marketing certifications

    • Feed management
