Reminder ads are a unique way to build awareness and excitement around events such as new product drops or sales. When users opt in, they receive notifications from the Instagram post one day before, 15 minutes before and at the time of the event.

Launch of TIkTok Shop 

TikTok has launched its e-commerce feature called "TikTok Shop" in the United States. Merchants can also utilize a logistics solution in which TikTok Shop handles the product storage, packing and shipping of orders. The platform uses a third-party payment solution to operate a secure checkout system.

Enhanced Creative Options

At Pinterest’s recent “Pinterest Presents” event, the platform showcased new ad products and display options. Two of the most notable being Showcase ads and Quiz ads. Showcase ads invite the user to engage by swiping through multiple cards with information about products. Showcase ads will appear as larger tiles in the home feed, making them stand out more among other images, example from Social Media Today.

Another new type of ad available to brands advertising on Pinterest are Quiz ads, in which users are prompted with questions. Up to three questions can be included per quiz to create a more engaging experience and show customers personalized products based on their responses.
